how bout a gun that shoots land mines

That would just be a grenade launcher pretty much.

ok then how about a gun that shoots gun turrets on the ground but can take damage if an enemy comes into contact with it

hmmm less normal how about a gun that doesnt shoot any thing but sends a radio signal to a sattelite that shoots ion beams destroying everything on screen but to make it less uber only 1 shot per level

That's more like it Chow. I actually thought of that one, aka the hammer from Gears of War. Not sure about it yet though!

the hammer was a beast of the weapon thats kinda where i got the idea from plus the old command and conquer games

Hammer was very sick indeed. As for command And Conquer I never played it!

well they had an ion cannon in C&C and it was beastly

Nice. Well I just about finished my little demo. And I am quite please. By tomorrow or the day after you will be able to blow up a row of little prisonners with a grenade launcher and it is surprisingly insanely pleasing to see them fly everywhere. But I think I will make a few changes. NOT SURE!
