A person needs to say one thing he would do if he/she was a moderator. Then, the below user rates the above user's post depending on how awesome his wish was, and then the below user posts a wish.
If I were a moderator, it would mean I lost my job with the company and no longer an admin. But I'd still have fun.
It does strike me, however, that many users have NO idea what sorts of tools/abilities moderators have on the site.
Moderators can bulk delete user/game comments, they can delete forum posts, lock/unlock forum posts, sticky/unsticky forum posts, move forum posts to other forums, hand out temporary bans up to 14 days in length, and get pretty blue text when they write. They can also hand out merits, and have access to a private forum that general users do not have access to.
That pretty much sums it up. On AG3, they'll have lots more to do, too.
As an *admin*, you can do all of that and more, but I'd guess that 90% of the things y'all are wishing for in here, if you were made a moderator, have no way of happening, like shutting off ads, or changing the name of the site.
So, as a moderator, I'd help other users understand exactly what it is moderators do around here. ) And maybe temp-ban Cenere for two weeks for the lulz.

10/10, great idea indeed, despite the fact that you just mentioned it and that in every moderator's account page it is all clearly stated.
And maybe temp-ban Cenere for two weeks for the lulz.
I don't think I'll rate that .
Seriously though, out of all the useless changes in the ranking system I mentioned in page 5, did noone notice the alternative to Knight for female users, Dame?
Going on from that... If I was a moderator, I would change all seemingly unintentionally incorrect grammar in the game titles. Some are already doing that (with "Riddle Time" and "That reminds me game", for example), but they are not doing it with all of them (perhaps they also would not like to be too intrusive, while showing tolerance to the mistakes? I don't know...). These mistakes would be anything from an annoying "Your" instead of "You're" (and vice versa) to improper punctuation. And (I know, two things, but anyway...) I would also delete quite a few threads that have definitely died out, since it's quite a flood of new threads that has come, and, the forum games threads, at least, are getting too large in number.
If I was a moderator, every decisive action I would take would include a picture. If I was locking, a picture. Stickying, a picture. Telling people to not troll the guy that doesn't know any better? Picture. Reminding people how foolish they are by not looking at the stickies that require CONSTANT attention, because they are highly emotional, attention-needing kittens? Picture.
Well, Frank, you are a moderator now So you can do that if you want to.
If I was a moderator, then I'd look through the moderator forum.
