Biography: Just a person who wants a better life.
Physical appearance: Strong, short, and quick. Blonde hair, blue eyes.
You enter the first gun shop you can find, one one planet over. This planet was still in Chranth territory, so it was pretty much the same as the last planet. Boring, no one cares about it, in the middle of nowhere. You find a burly gun shop owner and debate a pure trade, your weapon for the Kremlin surplus that seems to be absolutely everywhere in the galaxy. You manage to convince him for a trade, by pointing out the fact that as an antique it had some value. Though you had a big argument over it. Nothing specific, a bit of yelling, a small arm wrestling contest, and you cleaning up his backyard. Other than that, the negotiations went fine.
Body armor, however, is another thing entirely to find. The Kremlin produced enough weapons for 99% of the galaxy, but usually kept the best stuff and body armor for themselves. You tried finding someone to trade with, but everyone who had one wanted more than you had or desperately needed it for their own profession. You eventually find yourself in a shipyard, and manage to make a deal with them turning your shield into a small piece of armor in the forage. It isn't much, but it is something.
Well now that you are armed, where do you go? Pretty much the same situation as last time.

You call the people together in what seems to be the center of the square. It is really just on a dirt road, a rather narrow one at that, but it is something. You manage to call all the people, mostly by shouting. Then you start the speech. "How can you say you are happy here? You are trapped. The elves..." and that is how far you got, before a voice came that seems to come from nowhere. Or everywhere. Or something like that. It was definitely male, but somewhat high. It was beautiful, some would say, in a strange way. What it said was "No uprising, peasant. Be happy we let you live!" and was accompanied by five arrows fired from one bow somewhere where you cant see, heading straight into your chest. Your armor blocked the balk of the attack, however you still felt a scratch on your chest.
But there is good news. You managed to find the only place they could hit you like this from, straight ahead from a slight angle, and fire. Your Ares felt strange to use with five arrows sticking out of your armor, but it was still effective. A body fell out of the place you aimed, the closest tree. Upon examining the body, you notice three bullet wounds. One in the head, two around the chest. It had blond hair, but it's face was smashed by the high power of the Ares. Other than that, it was wearing green cloth that seems to act more like camouflage than armor, and a golden bow. I mean real gold. Not very practical, but worth a ton of money. You take it then come back to the square.
The people stood in awe, mouths gaping, first at your weapon that was extremely strange to them, then at the dead elf. Then at you. Then at the elf. Then at you. Then they argued, though you couldn't hear who was saying what. Some stated that this means the elves where not invincible, and that we should fight, maybe burning down the forest. Some stated that the elves would want revenge, and that they should sacrifice you. Some ran off to there houses, locked the doors, and hid under their bed with their family.
Soon they decided amongst themselves that they would compromise. The ones who wanted to fight would grab whatever tools they could and aid you, while the ones who didn't would join the others hiding under their beds. They figured if you one, great, and if you lost, then you where pretty much sacrificed.
The men scattered, and a few minutes later several people arrived. They number somewhere between ten and twenty men, not a lot but better than going alone, all armed with various farm equipment. You where the only one with a ranged weapon, yourself thinking, which isn't good when fighting snipers. But these thoughts are interrupted by a tall young man smiling menacingly and carrying some bottles of beer and smiling evilly. Molotovs. You just have to reach a group of trees and set them on fire. The whole forest will go up in flames, it seems to be overgrown from the little you have seen.
But of course, the elves are not going to like that, and your "soldiers" don't have enough metal to build armor for your horse. They all run off once more, getting their horses and give Molotovs to everyone, as well as distributing crude torches amongst themselves. The young man who had gotten the Molotov looked at you and said "On your orders" with a small farmer salute.
Well you are the only one with any military experience. It is up to you to decide what strategy to take. You could rush the nearest tree, just a few feet away, but your men are probably outnumbered as well as unarmored, you may be completely eliminated if the elves had managed to put a defense there. They had the time. You could retreat to the other end, as your horses are probably faster than the elves can move, especially in the tree tops, meaning that you will have to go further but probably face less of an enemy, but will also have to go around the lake. You could also go anywhere in between, to keep the guessing. You could also try playing defensive. Or you could split up your men and do several things, weakening your forces but allowing them to do several things. What do you do?

You start your jog to the second city. It is easy, but you are slightly burdened by your larger load with not much to carry this all with. You still manage to make great time, a few hours at most, but are slightly tired when you get there. This city is also walled, but more crudely than the other one with wooden spits instead of stones for walls, as well as being shorter. You reach what seems to be the door, a retractable latter with two guards wielding crossbows on the top of it, and yell "Merchant" while waving your loot around. The latter lowers and you enter the town. It seems most things here are crudely made of wood, mostly log cabins, or more accurately, huts. You manage to find a merchant who buys your two items for two silver each. You don't know much about money in this galaxy, but that sounds pretty good.
Now what do you do? You could look around some more, and see what you can find out about this town. You could leave and see what else you can find. Or you can try robbing something again. What do you do?
Name: Tegael
Galaxy of Origin: Fantasy Galaxy

Health: 10
Energy: 5

Biography: A young man who never sought trouble after settling down in a cottage with his wife in the countryside. His job as a merchant, although not stable, was enough to sustain them. Fortunately for him, though, he had been prepared for the time he would have to defend their home; the very same wizard who accidentally linked the two portals had taught him a couple of spells before his untimely 'abduction'.
Physical appearance: Around mid 20s, somewhat tall for his age, of average build, short, black hair, brown eyes, crooked nose.
You ask the man who seems to be the head guard what defenses this city has. The guard's reply was "Well, our first official defense was Chicken Pete, but I think we just said that to get him out of town. Our second defense was the wall... Which this thing has passed. Our third defense is us, the guards. Our last line of defense is running like hell. We don't have any defensive garrisons in the city, just the wall, and the buildings can't stand this thing. This bunker was made for dragon attacks, orc raids, or other similar things. You know, things that aren't really looking for humans, just loot or food or whatever. It is really just a wine storage some mayor declared a bunker after the dragon attack a century ago... Gulp"
"Well, we outnumber this thing, and I have some spells. Maybe my lightning spell could do some damage!" you state hopefully. The guard fans himself off, sweating a bit now and states "We are right behind you... Though I don't know what our crossbows can do to that thing. Maybe...Maybe I can send some men to get some better fire power, we have two billistas and a catapult in a storage aria on the other side of town... But at the rate this thing is going, the town will be destroyed before we can even get to it. Maybe... If we can hold it off for long enough. If only..."
Well, that is the defenses. So what is the plan? Are you going to try fighting off the tank, either sending some men for the heavy weapons while holding this monster back or using all the men to have a full force on defense. You could evacuate the city, giving it up. Or you could try something else, what do you do?
