Okay, so, apparently TRF wants to lose the old thread until such time as Dibs sees fit to return.
So, as per his request, I have made a new thread. I, of course, don't see exactly why this is necessary, but I suppose it won't hurt anything to accommodate Turf.
So, I guess this will just be a continuation of the prior thread with the old characters and we'll pick up where Dibs left off. I suggested that Noob DM this one, but being that he doesn't have any of the source material beyond what's on the internet, he declined. That being the case, if there are no objections, I guess I will be DMing this one. I won't have access to my books myself for another week or two, so if it's okay, I guess I'll be using a homemade campaign. And as far as the campaign goes, expect to see a lot of stuff that's not exactly D&D canon, because, as I said, I don't have my sourcebooks right now. Unless, of course, someone else wants to DM, in which case, I'd be more than happy to step aside.
Unfortunately, I do not think that this game will be accepting any more players. This thread is here for the sole purpose of reducing clutter in the other. It will actually be a lot easier - it was getting to be a pain, navigating that other one with all the pages it had(we were almost at 4,000!).
To start off, I'm going to request that we all post our sheets(I'll track mine down later) and if there is anyone who would like to DM or has any requests to that effect or which concern the next campaign, speak now or forever hold your peace.
Cheers.

The retarded copy function only reaches about half-way down the feat list...... page 3785 of the original thread for Neri's and Rem's.

So, are there any suggestions or requests as far as the next campaign goes?
I was thinking a campaign in the Elven lands or Zakhara. Somewhere different, you know.

PS3, pretty basic browser but it gets the job done.

You could tie into Ereliel's duty to follow Corellon's will and destroy his enemies, which is a pretty big list >.>

I didn't even realize the PS3 had a copy paste function. Huh.

Could you list me a couple of his more hated enemies? That could work.

]Gruumsh One-Eye, god of the orcs, is his greatest enemy, because Corellon took his eye in an ancient battle. The entire orc pantheon hates Corellon intensely. Corellon also opposes the deities of the goblinoids.Corellon was also the one to banish the drow goddess Lolth (Araushnee in the Forgotten Realmssetting) to the Abyss. For this, he can count all evil drow gods as enemies.Because of his keen friendship with the Seelie Court, Corellon often finds himself at odds with the Queen of Air and Darkness. Corellon's truest friends are the rulers of the other demihuman pantheons: Moradin, Yondalla, and Garl Glittergold. Together, they work to ensure that the gods of the human+monstrous pantheons don't grow strong too quickly.Corellon is also allied with Cyrrollalee, Ehlonna, Emmantiensien, Oberon, Pelor, Skerrit, and Titania.Corellon is also on good terms with Vanathor, Bahamut's gold dragon advisor and bard.In the Forgotten Realms, Corellon has most often been at odds with Cyric, Talos, Malar, and Moander

Not Corellon, I can find that kind of information myself. I'm talking about Ereliel's personal enemies.

Well basically the same as Corellon's, with the exception of an intense, unnegotiable hate of all Orcs or anything even related to the word 'Orc' or 'Orcish'. He also has an eye for retrieving lost Elven artifacts when he has the chance, though he does not actively seek them on his own time.

Orc racism. That could work, that could work.
All right, so I've got an idea in mind. Give me some time to hammer out the details, and we'll probably start sometime tomorrow(but don't expect me to be on significantly early in the day, probably more around the evening or afternoon).
Now, I had an idea. Given the amount of character interaction in this particular game, it seems to me that it would be far more appropriate for this campaign to be handled as a more intrigue-and-mystery type of game, as opposed to the bust-down-the-door adventure that has been the norm up until this point. What do you guys think?
If that turns out to be the case, then that opens up the door for a whole slew of other potential stuff to make the game more detailed and interesting, fr example, Contacts, Background, Reputation, Sanity , Honor, etc.
What do you think?

Fine by me, just try not to make it overly complicated or confusing *.*

Contacts:
I like the idea.

Background:
Finishing up reading, but the same as above.

Reputation: Still need to read.

Sanity:
tl;dr, and I didn't like the whole idea of it

Honor:
Overly complicated and also tl;dr, though read enough to get a basic idea.

I thought the same thing, but just thought I would run it by yo guys to see if you liked it.

Contacts are a go, then?

Overly complicated and also tl;dr, though read enough to get a basic idea.

It was just a thought.

All right.

So, we could also use traits to customize the characters and/or do something similar.
For example, I might have Rem take -10 to Knowledge History, Geography, Nobility/Royalty, and Religion while in Faerun, but +10 to those same checks while in Zakhara. As long as the things make sense with the character's background and are fair trades, then I think it's okay to do that sort of thing.

If you do include traits, could there also be Flaws?

And Contacts are a go, yes. And Reputation.

Hehe.
If you would investigate the link I provided, you will see that traits provide both positive and negative modifiers.
I just copied the top trait, for an example.

Abrasive

You are difficult and demanding in conversation, which tends to oppress those around you.
Benefit

You gain a +1 bonus on Intimidate checks.
Drawback

You take a -1 penalty on Diplomacy checks and Bluff checks.
Roleplaying Ideas

Characters with this trait might be loud and abrupt or quiet and sinister, but either way, most find them disconcerting or irritating.

I was basically suggesting traits as well, just not the ones listed.

And Contacts are a go, yes. And Reputation.

Great.

Any idea where Dragon is?

He said something a few days ago about piggybacking off his neighbor's internet, I'd give him a few more days to sort it out.

I did read through the whole Traits thing, I just thought that Flaws could give added benefits to say Rem's paranoia or Ereliel's temper.

Possibly. If you take a flaw, that gives you a feat, but I mean it has only negative effects and they are all directly related to attributes or skills.
If you would like flaws, you can use them. That's fine by me.

Right, so, should I give Mord an excuse to be gone for a while?
