Hi! This is Alexis again. As many of you AGers know, I have a writing thread called Alexis' Assorted Writings.

Well, now I have one for my doodles/ paintings/ anything else I somehow make that somehow qualifies as being art!

I like the tree is embodying multiple seasons, very beautiful. When I saw it though, I was expecting that the multiple seasons would continue down the hill. Maybe into more winter. Also, I really like the eye. Though you do get the feeling that it was supposed to be sideways, the pupil looks well done and it balances it out.

I wouldn't call it abstract, though I guess it could be argued that it's objective abstract. It's much more of a Surrealistic piece.

Not anymore. She did once, but someone liked it so much they cut it out and mounted it on their wall. Not that I would know...

Why would you just take the face and not the whole body? That's like taking the seat out of a car just to sit in it.
