I make a portal and put it's other end at the world of tacnayns and black holes. If nyan cat is still alive I trap it in a box, which contracts to crush it. I then burn the little block of nyan into ash, which I vaporise. If this gets ninja'd, and the cat is dead before this action takes place, apply it onto the next cat.

ok sorry. I use a sith power that blows up a star causing it to go supernova and then i put Nyan Cat right in the path of said supernova.

I wire a timer to a dispenser filled with hostile mob spawner eggs.(In the newest snapshot dispensers spawn mobs when eggs are put in) I then zeppelin-mod the spawner onto nyan cat and let the skellie fighting with creepers begin, to explode Nyan Cat.
