When you pick your name, if you don't have a special name or anything, then just put your Pokemon name.
For your Pokemon, you cannot use a legendary and your pokemon must be in its first stage, unevolved. Even if its a "baby" type like pichu or munchlax.
For your trait, you cannot be a shadow pokemon, be miscolored, or be a "shiny" pokemon. You cannot be much bigger or smaller, or shorter or taller. The traits are just for small things.

"Very well, but-AGGGHHHH!" Suddenly the roof collapses a bit behind him, with the deoxys-scizor flying down, launching a tendril at the blastoise, pulling him to him, and then ripping him inhalf, shell in all. Various totadile, squirtle, and other water pokemon begin to surrond the creature, but it emits a pulse, killing them all at once. It turns to a large stone door, encrypted with runes, and begins to smash through it. Above the door is another, more elabrate carving of kyogre.

I glance at the carving of Lady Kyogre above the door, and at the Deoxys attempting to break in, for now that I have time to examine it, that's obviously what this creature was originally. What it is now, I don't truly know. But it's no Scizor, that's for sure.
There's only one pokemon in the vicinity powerful enough to fight it, and she's going to be fighting a defensive battle. Lady Kyogre is my only hope at the moment, and is in fact the world's only hope at the moment. The only issue is in warning her. If she's ready, she may just be able to escape and help me to gather up an army large and powerful enough to combat this Deoxys-creature.
So, as any logical Azurill in my position would do, I leap into the water and begin looking for an alternative way into Lady Kyogre's chambers, one that with my small stature will be easy to get through and prepare her.

You see a small crack that would lead inside of the chamber. Apon going through, you surface into a large room, with a giant stone kyogre, and a red orb on a pedestal above it. The door is beginning to crack open, and kyogre is no where to be seen.

This is bad. But if nothing else, I need something to help me on my quest to find Lady Kyogre, and that red orb looks important. It wouldn't be prudent to let the enraged Deoxys-creature destroy it.
Using my tail to bounce, I leap as high as I can and climb up onto the pedestal, grabbing the red orb quickly before diving back into the water, out of the crack in the wall, and back through the tunnels to the chambers where I recall that the carving of Lord Groudon had been, proceeding as quickly as I can to his chambers. The Weather Trio may not be on the best of terms, but I doubt that Groudon would be stupid enough to let the world be destroyed while he and his brethren sat around watching.
