I followed a tutorial here, so it's not original, I would say it looked a tiny, tiny, tiny bit like what she was supposed to look like. And my scanner is giving me problems, I think my actual drawing is a little better. But she's adorable to me nonetheless. ^^
I'm impressed, sir. Steady improvement isn't really easy when it comes to art. You're shedding that sketchy feel, and your lines are starting to look more confidently drawn. Heck, soon you'll be able to drawn clean and finished line work.
I'm not sure if someone asked, but why the focus on drawing Chibi? Just fancy it?
Two reasons. Easier to draw compared to more realistic anime styles, hence duping people and myself into thinking I have a smidgen of talent. Also, because they're adorable. YOU HEAR ME?!! ADORABLE! >
Moar chibis, this time of Rikka Takanashi. They're not original, I sketched some pictures I got off the net. Again, I don't know where I found them, I store lots of pictures in my computer for referencing.
Things to Do:
-Draw Emily and kowtow to her for procrastination. -Draw pang, after figuring out how, and breaking my rule of not drawing male characters.
Ah, they're cute and tiny I can't do chibis for the life of me...or people...XD But yours are very chibiful. And the Miku one looks like that small version of her, whassiscalled, Hachune Miku I think? Is that maybe where you got your inspiration for the facial expression? Anyway, I wait for you to update. *sits at computer and turns to stone*
I'm very sorry that I treated this one more of a less thought out doodle without alot of effort into it. Is it weird if I start feeling guilt to the chibis I'm drawing? :L
Yep, Hachune Miku, the naively silly, child-like, random, and utterly adorable little version of Hatsune Miku. Tbh, many of her portrayals already have that expression, it's not my original thought! I'm going to attempt to draw a picture I found, of both Mikus, one more realistic, and one squishy little version being cuddled. Also, thank you for the nice comments!
Not original work. If you search Hacune Miku you'd find this pic is rather common. Shading is very off, but I think I'm getting the hang of proportions slowly.
