There are too many "Kill _" threads popping out there. This one is different.
First of all, you are only limited to the technology that is available. You must not only kill the man, but you must also discover new technology before the guy gets too powerful.
Also, the guy gains powers and skills. One change is that the guy's HP grows to the quadratic formula based on the posts from his last death... (x squared [just multiply X by itself])
Just a few rules to start with...

I guess that's legit, but you don't know if a plant is poisonous or not... I'll leave that to a coin flip.
Alright, it's not poisonous. You hit him in the face and manage to make some major damage.

If anything, it's a hammer, an ax, or a spear... so no.
I kill an elephant, then take the tusk, sharpen it, to make a spear, and kill the guy.
Since the spear was somewhat invented, you simply help perfect the spear with an elephant's tusk. However, you do not kill and elephant because it is already challenging to kill a human with limited technology.
