There are too many "Kill _" threads popping out there. This one is different.
First of all, you are only limited to the technology that is available. You must not only kill the man, but you must also discover new technology before the guy gets too powerful.
Also, the guy gains powers and skills. One change is that the guy's HP grows to the quadratic formula based on the posts from his last death... (x squared [just multiply X by itself])
Just a few rules to start with...

I pick up a rock and then my hand sips, dropping the stone. I noticed that when the stone hit the other rock, a piece chipped off, making it sharper. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- I get bored and toss the sharpened stone at a tree and noticed that the tree was impaled, making a hole. I do it multiple times and then the tree falls. I chop it up with the stone to make logs. -------------------------------------------------------------------- I go to get some food. I spy a rabbit, and then hurl the rock at its head, killing it outright. I use the hair to make rope, and then get multiple sharp rocks and sticks and use the rope to tie the stone to the stick, making a little spear. -------------------------------------------------------------------- I see a man walk by, sitting next to a bright shadow of sorts. I walk over and ask him how that light came to be. He told me and I learned how to make fire. -------------------------------------------------------------------- I sleep by my new fire at night, when I hear loud stomping. I turn to face a wooly mammoth. I killed it with my spears, roasted its meat over the fire, and took its tusks and turned them into shovels with the same method I used for sharpening rocks. -------------------------------------------------------------------- I start to stab at the ground with my new-found shovel. I find a sparkling rock and take it out of the ground. I feel an urge to put it over the fire on a large flat rock. It turned to liquid, and then I let it lay overnight on the edge of my camp. -------------------------------------------------------------------- I come back to it, seeing it had cooling, when I was handling it, I found that it was very sharp. I tied it to a long log and then killed many people with it. -------------------------------------------------------------------- I found The Man And I threw a spear at his head when he had his back turned, piecing his brain and killing him outright.
I try to melt more rocks like that with a large fire.

This breaks the second rule... and most of these were already invented...
I cover the handle in wood, then stab the guy's stomach.
The wood gives you splinters, and it takes a while, but you make a handle out of wood. you stab the guy in the stomach, dealing some real damage, but it falls apart. Luckily, the blade got stuck in the guy and ended up killing him.
I make another big rock shield, and then I decide to make a spear. I then try to make another shield, but it comes out misshapen, like a bowl. I'm not impressed. Just for fun, I put it on my head, and it not only fits, it also protects from attack. I decide to use this against the guy. I attack by throwing the spear from a distance behind him to his chest.
So we can use swords now If so I craft a sword and wait for him to reaper.
