DISCLAIMER: This is an rpg that is quite complicated and involves a lot of text. Please do not join if that is not your thing. On the other hand, do join if you love creative and deeply descriptive writing.

I once had an evolution Rpg that was doing really well. It had lot's of players and everything was going great, but then I just quit it. I can't forgive myself for doing that, the players seemed to be having fun and I just stopped. I can't look too good after saying that, but I will try once more. Here is the new game, it is almost exactly the same but I have made many tweaks to make it more bearable, both for the player and me. Some things I have simplified to make it easier for me to keep, and some things made more complicated for the enjoyment of the player. Some things may have even been straightly copied from the previous one. This time I wont quit. And If I do, then I will stab myself with a pickle.

It is much recommended that you see the original one here, since it explains the game more in depth.

Prologue

"The NeoZero - 027 project was a complete failure. Not only did the core overheat and cause extinction to all of the animals, but it also imploded and took 26 other planets from the Neon-1000 Star system with it. Only 3 planets remain, and 028 is the one that shows the most potential to be The Last Opportunity Of The Era Of New Species. We are about to send the specimen... Neon Hope this works..."

That is all you remember before feeling huge amounts of G-forces and a splash. Of course you didn't understand any of it, but it's nice to have a feeling of past in your primitive brain. You seem to be floating in an empty space, filled with nothingness. Until you open your eyes.

Intelligence: 1 (You need this for everything. You can't evolve much if you don't have intelligence, but luckily you get it from everyday tasks that you perform.)

Species Score (SS)

Species Score is what ranks you in the TSR (Top Species Ranking). The System goes like this:

Each:-

Skill Point = 1 Point
XP Point = 0.5 Point
Lvl = 10 Points

Example:

lvl 3 = 30P
xp 13/15 = 6.5P

Vitality: 3
Offense: 5
Defense: 2
Speed: 4
Intelligence: 6

= 30 + 6.5 + 20 = 56.5 In total

Each XP point gives only half a point because otherwise when you got a level, the level would give you 10 points but if you had let's say 15 xp and each xp gave 1 point, you would lose more points than you got. This will still be a problem later in the game, but maybe I will change the scoring system when it gets to that.

That should be all. I know it's long but I spent about 2 weeks trying to come up with things that would make it better and simpler, even though I think it just got more complicated. Anyway, it's 1 AM here now, so I'm gonna leave this overnight so people can join if they wish. It would be a downer if no one joined, I spent a lot of time on this. You swim around the vast ocean for a long time. Some creatures swim past you but they go way too fast for you to interact with them at all. Later you come across a nice seaweed plantation with lot's of insects and other cells eating it, they all seem pretty peaceful and there is no competition over the food what so ever. This seems like a safe place to be. But then you see something that shocks you to your very core... A huge Bone-Angler fish is chasing a Burgundy colored cell, and it's coming this way! It swims right past you as you dodge it, and it cuts the seaweed in half, scaring most of the cells away. Only 1 big black cell and the burgundy cell that it was chasing remain, and the fish turns facing you. What do you do?

You pop your head through the border. You feel weird, there is different pressure, your eyes are trying to adjust, you can hear birds and wind, and the waves hitting the shore, but then you realize: You can't breath! You panic and pull your head back underwater. You didn't get a good look of it, but at least you got an idea of what's up there. You are tempted to get to the surface, but first you will have to evolve more.
Your friend didn't look over the surface, because it didn't quite understand what you were trying to achieve.

I'm sorry to disappoint you by pulling the Nemo on you, and about the capital "S" thing; I don't know why but I overuse capitals in places where they are not even needed :].

You start swimming as fast as you can back to the seaweed, and while you are going really fast the Bone-Angler gets a bite on you. You arrive at the seaweed, and the Bone-Angler comes with you, it goes past you and through the seaweed, cutting it in half and scaring away most of the cells that were eating it. Only a couple of the biggest cells remain, a black one and a Turquoise-Yellow one. The Bone-Angler turns facing you and the 2 other cells. What now?

+1 Agility, +1 Defense, +1 Xp, -3 Hp

That bite really gave me the creeps, although I know my condition isn't critical. Seeing that at least one cell sticks around, I try to tell everyone in the area, in some sort of sign language, "Help me take this guy on!". Of course, if things seem too grim and we don't look like we can do anything to even scare the thing chasing me (how big is it, in relation to us? regardless, I believe the 3 to 1 odds are enough for me to fight), I flee.

About AG comments; in the Control Panel, you can choose to receive an e-mail each time there's a comment on your profile. Sure, it's not that convenient, but it's something.
About feedback; I don't know, so far so good. Will need to get deeper in the game to have a complete opinion.

You get a number of evo-points when you level up, and you use them to buy new parts. Which is actually happening right now.

You easily hunt down a couple of small cells, and eat them with your friend.

+1 Vitality, +1 Offense, +1 Xp, LEVEL UP!, +2 Evo-Points

You have achieved a lot. You've gained allies and hunted for prey, and now you feel something.. Your first evolution.

Ok, read carefully and I'll try to explain how this works:
You got 2 Evo-Points from leveling up. Now there are a set of categories that you can choose parts from, so with the 2 points you got you can get parts from 2 categories. You can not take 2 parts from the same category, but you may take 2 parts from 2 separate categories. Only 1 part from each category you want to spend your 2 points on.
You don't have to use all points right away. You can leave them for later if you wish, but this means you will only get to use them on the next Evolution, not before that.
After you have chosen what you want, replace those old parts that you have with the new ones you chose, but do not include the stats that are inside the ( ) markers. Do also add up the skills they offer inside the ( ) markers into the skills section.
When you are done, post your updated character sheet.
Is this clear? Feel free to ask before you do it if you have any questions, or see the original game on how they did it. It can be a little complicated at first.

Let's just say you are about 1/4th of it's size. Regardless of this, you try to communicate with the others to get them to fight with you. It doesn't really make much sense, but the black cell immediately starts attacking the Bone-Angler. The turquoise one is still deciding whether to help or not, judging by it's size.

I try to concentrate more on my defenses than on my attacks. Even when it does come time for me to get on the offensive, I try to coordinate my strikes with either of the other two cells, so as to sort of flank the creature.

Having only checked the stuff regarding myself, I can say I see no mistakes. If anything, you mentioned an Evo-Points increase, which you didn't on previous posts, meaning you were even more thorough.
