DISCLAIMER: This is an rpg that is quite complicated and involves a lot of text. Please do not join if that is not your thing. On the other hand, do join if you love creative and deeply descriptive writing.

I once had an evolution Rpg that was doing really well. It had lot's of players and everything was going great, but then I just quit it. I can't forgive myself for doing that, the players seemed to be having fun and I just stopped. I can't look too good after saying that, but I will try once more. Here is the new game, it is almost exactly the same but I have made many tweaks to make it more bearable, both for the player and me. Some things I have simplified to make it easier for me to keep, and some things made more complicated for the enjoyment of the player. Some things may have even been straightly copied from the previous one. This time I wont quit. And If I do, then I will stab myself with a pickle.

It is much recommended that you see the original one here, since it explains the game more in depth.

(We'll see if I did that linking thing right, most likely not.. In case it doesn't work, the link is also at the bottom of this post.)

Prologue

"The NeoZero - 027 project was a complete failure. Not only did the core overheat and cause extinction to all of the animals, but it also imploded and took 26 other planets from the Neon-1000 Star system with it. Only 3 planets remain, and 028 is the one that shows the most potential to be The Last Opportunity Of The Era Of New Species. We are about to send the specimen... Neon Hope this works..."

That is all you remember before feeling huge amounts of G-forces and a splash. Of course you didn't understand any of it, but it's nice to have a feeling of past in your primitive brain. You seem to be floating in an empty space, filled with nothingness. Until you open your eyes.

--------------------------------------

The Species Sheet (A mix of things that affects your whole species and then only one individual: You.)

Species: (Your species' name)
Type: (Cold or Warm, Peaceful or Hunter, ect, anything that describes your species the best.)
Food: (Herbi-carni-omni-vore. This gets decided by what you start eating, so leave this blank for now.)
Weapons&Armor: 2 Tiny fangs, no armor
Evo-Stage: Cell
-----
HP: 10/10
Evo-Lvl: 0.1
Evo-Xp: 0/5
Status: Fine, Confused
-----
Evo-Points: 0
Body: Cell - Tiny (Decide color please)
Head: Cell - Tiny (Decide color please)
Mouth: 2 Tiny Fangs
Limbs: Fins - Tiny
Back: Nothing
Tail: Fin - Tiny
Details: Nothing
-----
Skills: (These get affected by different body parts. The system is different than before, so I wont put the exact functions here. You can also earn skill points from random tasks in the game.)
Vitality: 1 (Each point here grants you 2 extra hp)
Offense: 1 (The Offensive battle method. The more points the more offensive.)
Defense: 1 (The Defensive battle method. The more points the more defensive.)
Agility: 1 (How fast you move and react to things.)
Intelligence: 1 (You need this for everything. You can't evolve much if you don't have intelligence, but luckily you get it from everyday tasks that you perform.)
-----
Abilities: (These are special abilities that you can gain and lose when evolving body parts, or just from other goals you achieve.)
Swim, Bite, Water-Breath

--------------------------------------

Species Score (SS)

Species Score is what ranks you in the TSR (Top Species Ranking). The System goes like this:

Each:-

Skill Point = 1 Point
XP Point = 0.5 Point
Lvl = 10 Points

Example:

lvl 3 = 30P
xp 13/15 = 6.5P
-----
Vitality: 3
Offense: 5
Defense: 2
Speed: 4
Intelligence: 6

= 30 + 6.5 + 20 = 56.5 In total

Each XP point gives only half a point because otherwise when you got a level, the level would give you 10 points but if you had let's say 15 xp and each xp gave 1 point, you would lose more points than you got. This will still be a problem later in the game, but maybe I will change the scoring system when it gets to that.

--------------------------------------

That should be all. I know it's long but I spent about 2 weeks trying to come up with things that would make it better and simpler, even though I think it just got more complicated. Anyway, it's 1 AM here now, so I'm gonna leave this overnight so people can join if they wish. It would be a downer if no one joined, I spent a lot of time on this. But when wouldn't it be sad if no one joined your game..?

By the way, if I could, could I use my old Tigran Diago or would I have to restart? Considering someone's already at fish level.

Yes, since you get Evo-Points from leveling up. If that's what you meant.

You decide to play more of the defensive style of fighting to avoid further damage, but you attack every now and then in coordination with your friends to triple-team the Angler. You land several hits on it's left side while the black cell concentrates on the right side. The turquoise one has decided to help you with the fight by hitting parts that can't cause damage to it, but it didn't know that it can use it's rear fin to smack it and it gets hit. The black cell blinds one of the Anglers eyes by attacking it, which makes the Angler even more angry than it was. It turns in quick motion from pain and you get hit by it's teeth, but not badly. The Angler also rips the black cells right fin off.

You target on the rear fin of the Angler since it is not close to it's mouth, and looks like a safe place to hit, but after biting it, it smacks you with it's fin. You then continue to attack on the lower right side of it while the burgundy one attacks on the upper part of it, and the black one on the left side. The black ones fin gets ripped off but it also blinds the Bone-Anglers left eye, which makes it even more angry than it was and as it turns in a quick motion of pain it hits the burgundy one with its teeth.

You swim around softly, and find a place where the water is shallow and you can see the bottom. There are lot's of corals and seaweed at the bottom, and there is this one specific looking spongy coral that is on top of a rock formation not too deep. It seems like a cozy little place to rest, so you settle down and have a nap.

I also just now fixed your hp according to your vitality, and replaced your Weapons&Armor slot with your new parts. Also, by being a predator at fish-stage, you have been granted a new ability!

You feel reincarnated in your new fish body. This evolution.. it wasn't like it took millions of years, your body just changed... You have no memory of your old cell body, to you it feels like you've been with your fish body forever. What really happened? Maybe one day you'll find out.
But for now you feel the desire to explore the ocean more thoroughly, and being at a higher Evo-Stage you can withstand higher pressure, which in turn allows you to go deeper. You and your ally start swimming, and you go past many other fish. Those other fish have started to go avoid you from afar, knowing your racial types. Only now you fully understand your role in the sea. You are a pack-centered predator.
After a while you find that the deeper you go, the darker the water gets. While that would make a normal fish afraid of what might be below, you feel good that you are the thing that is below. Do you want to go deeper? Do you want to use this for hunting smaller victims..? You're a dangerous predator with serrated teeth, you can do what you want! But.. While you feel good about yourself, you have a feeling you still have a lot to conquer the sea.

Side-Notes:

-I am starting to doubt that Veksing is actually going to play, so I'm informing SirNoobalot now that he can join if he wishes. I didn't add him in YET though, so he can come and acknowledge that he can join the game and also IF Veksing happens to appear in the meantime.

@Bluydee:

By the way, if I could, could I use my old Tigran Diago or would I have to restart? Considering someone's already at fish level.

-That's a nice idea, but it wont be 100% accurate though since I have changed a lot of mechanics and stuff. For instance, "shells" and "wings" have been combined to "Back", and "legs" and "arms" have been simplified to "limbs" so a lot of your stuff might change when I import it in here. But like I said, it is a good idea actually.

Now that the creature's in this state, it's no time to back down. On the contrary, I have no problem hitting it harder now that it's weak. I aim for its other eye, unless it's protected in some way or I can't manage anything after repeated attempts.

Oh, I was confused. I mixed up Evo-Points with the TSR board.

-That's alright, if I was updating the Species Score every turn I would only make one post per day :P

I feel like we need to wait for a couple more players, especially in the p1a2r3i4s5 and Mort-Kawasaki case. Sorry to keep you waiting, but in the meantime I managed to draw a representation of the 6th Species on the TSR list:

Nice. I have us try to use the darkness as cover to continue hunting. We try to always sneak up and attack the sides of our prey.

You immediately blind the other eye too, and hit the Angler even harder. The Turquoise one is still focusing on the rear fin, but it has learned to be behind it so as to avoid getting hit. The black cell is still attacking the other side of the fish, and together you 3 completely run it over. It doesn't even bother attacking any of you anymore. It has made it's last twitch and is now ever so slowly floating with the current. Victory! Unfortunately the black cell stops moving too...

+1 Offense, +1 Xp

After winning this giant beast, you feel very good. Not only did you beat a creature 4 times your size and get the new kind of meat you were looking for, it has also now come the time for your first evolution that was on hold for the fight.

How this works:
You got 2 Evo-Points from leveling up. Now there are a set of categories that you can choose parts from, so with the 2 points you got you can get parts from 2 categories. You can not take 2 parts from the same category, but you may take 2 parts from 2 separate categories. Only 1 part from each category you want to spend your 2 points on.
You don't have to use all points right away. You can leave them for later if you wish, but this means you will only get to use them on the next Evolution, not before that.
After you have chosen what you want, replace those old parts that you have with the new ones you chose, but do not include the stats that are inside the ( ) markers. Do also add up the skills they offer inside the ( ) markers into the skills section.
When you are done, post your updated character sheet.
Is this clear? See how Legion did it, but also remember to update the skills and Hp if you get more vitality and update your weapons&armor slot too if needed. If this seems too complicated, you can ask me or see the original game. If you do something wrong we can always fix it though.

You have opened your eyes for the very first time. You See a huge blue world with lot's of creatures and things that you can't even try to understand. You are confused as to what happened earlier, and as you look around you see pieces of stone that are now sinking deeper into the blue abyss.
A green piece of phytoplankton floats past you. It's even smaller than you are, which makes you wonder what could you do with it. Pretty much the only thing you can do is eat it. But in the same time something is moving at your direction, but it isn't just floating like the plankton. It is controlling it's movements. It's another cell, but this one isn't gray like you. It's a red one, and it seems to be interested in you. But it is also smaller than you... Your racial types suggest 'hunter' so would you rather eat meat than plankton? Or how do you go about this other cell?

You arrange some small rocks in a formation to mark your home, and then go dashing around to find food. In these shallow waters there are lots of seaweed, but as you are a carnivore you might rather eat something else. You look left and see a small blue cell, and you attack it. You didn't notice that it had a tough scaly body, so it hurt you a little bit, but it didn't really cause you trouble.

+1 Agility, +1 Xp, LEVEL UP!, +2 Evo-Points

In this time you have learned to hunt and you have gained a new home. You feel like you're changing, and you can only imagine what is going to happen next.

You position yourself behind the fin to avoid getting hit again, and attack it. The burgundy one blinded the Anglers other eye and continued attacking it's right side, while the black one attacked it's left side. Together you 3 completely run it over. It doesn't even bother attacking any of you anymore. It has made it's last twitch and is now ever so slowly floating with the current. Victory! Unfortunately the black cell stops moving too...

Thanks! I've actually had that idea for a while now, but you have to level up more so that you can be told apart. Right now you are all pretty much the same. And it's good that you have something that you are trying to achieve to be, I just hope I can provide you with the right parts when the time comes.

From the dark waters you stalk upon 5 possible choices of victims. You can choose which one do you want to hunt (Ranging from easiest to presumably the hardest):
-1 Small cell
-2 Small cells
-1 Small fish
-2 Small fish
-1 Medium fish
