This game is pretty darn complicated. Use detailed posts for better story. Also try to keep your grammar clean and use punctuation. Everyone makes typos, but when u type liek dis its frustrating. Thanks.
-----The Game-----
You live in a small settlement in the middle of a desert, in this strange setting of a universe where there live strange creatures that are part machine and part monster. You must survive with your allies, gathering resources and fortifying your home when it's light, and defending it from endless waves of creatures when night falls. You will need food, water, weapons, and whatever you can get to survive. Firearms are rarer than melee weapons.
-----Info-----
-This is multiplayer, and you must work together. -No player limit decided yet, but probably no more than 10 -You have needs. The obvious ones are food, water and rest, but you will for example need to keep yourself from going insane by doing some activities and stuff. -Turning against other players is.. well, it's a possibility you can take, but it's rarely a pleasant one. -If your sanity goes too low, the story will be different for you than the others. For example, you might get "Bob calls you an idiot." while the player of Bob actually said you fought well. Worse than that is you partially lose control of your character, but this is only if you're really insane. -The creatures get stronger the longer the game goes on. You will want to be prepared. -Some items don't have weight. Bolts and ammo, for example. -The art is all done by me
-----The Map-----
This is where you live. About 4 Square kilometers of desert, a river going trough it, with forests and mountains around it. And you live in the middle. Next to the river. You can see a red danger-zone marked on the map around the desert, this is where the creatures are. Staying away from the danger-zones is recommended, but unfortunately the forests are pretty close to them so getting wood and other resources can be risky. Even if you don't go near the danger-zones at all, the night will make the creatures run wild, and that's when they will attack your home, despite your actions.
The whole area around your home can be used for constructing more buildings and defenses. It's all in your use, and it's very much advisable to do something with it. For building, you will need materials like wood, metal, fences, bolts, anything you can scavenge from abandoned houses and such (not marked on the map). The forest is also a main resource gathering area.
-----Fighting-----
Fighting is very much final fantasy like. You decide what you use and who do you use it on, and it does certain things. Usually damage. You can miss too, this mostly only happens with ranged weapons. Fighting outside your home without the shelter is way more dangerous - only do it if absolutely necessary.
Some of the creatures may carry diseases. Look out for signs of infections, or you might be in for a bad trip with a case of lungburst. You don't want to get that one, believe me.
-----Storage-----
You have a limited amount of storage space, and so does your inventory. This means you have to build more storage space if you run out. (The amount of space in the storage and your inventory is shown right after their names in [ ].
-----Skills-----
There are a LOT of skills in this game. But don't let this overwhelm you, those skills get better as you use them. Basically you don't have to worry about your skills until you notice something isn't working, then you need to start practicing on that skill. It's simple, really.
-----Settlement Sheet-----
Only the host (me) posts this. I will post it at the end of every round (By round I mean a bunch of actions by players).
Settlement: Health: 100% Storage[8/15]: Lead pipe, Bolts(5), Wrench, First-Aid Kit, Baked beans(2), Bottle of Water(3) Buildings: Wooden House (small) Residents: Unknown
With more buildings you get more storage space and your settlement has more health.

I believe that's everything. I realize it's complicated, but we'll see how it goes. Post your character sheet first, then I will start your game. Any questions, ideas, anything, I will be glad to answer.
Name: Greg Bonaducci Gender: Male Age: 21 Traits: Leadership(+Charisma) & Bad Tracker(-Hunting) Description: Greg is pretty charismatic, but he sucks at hunting animals. He mainly relies on others to find food, and he relies on his charismatic words to convince others to do all of the hunting, and do other productive things for the survivors. Greg is 6'1", somewhat fit, and knows how to party. ----- Health: 100% Sanity: 100% Status: Fine, wet Weapon: Lead Pipe Inventory[5/15]: P.I.G, Map, Binoculars, Lead pipe, Backpack, Mushroom(3), Rope, Kills: 0 Rank: Survivor ----- Skills: Running: 10 Swimming: 11 Strength: 11 Accuracy: 10 Hunting: 6 Charisma: 15 Stealth: 10 Construction: 10 Technology: 10
Since I rested, I decide to improve my stamina, and I go jogging around the settlement, also to dry off.
Of course, if someone calls for my aid, or if they look like they are struggling with something, then I'll assist them.
I try to sharpen my branch using the butterfly knife before the cloaked guy uses it. I place the wooden table, vertically, on the place with the loose planks so the monsters wouldn't go in through that way.
Name: Jack Monaj Gender: Male Age: 31 Traits: Construction guy (+Construction) & Cold (-Charisma) Description: 181 cm . 52 kg . black medium hair, black eyes, average body ----- Health: 100% Sanity: 100% Status: Fine Weapon: Fists Inventory[3/10]: P.I.G, Map, Binoculars Kills: 0 Rank: Survivor ----- Skills: Running: 10 Swimming: 10 Strength: 10 Accuracy: 10 Hunting: 10 Charisma: 6 Stealth: 10 Construction: 14 Technology: 10
ill try to find someplace to stay and about the story why i came here : well i was a enginier in the army (constructor) and i had lots of jobs there ... busy man ... some day my friend asked me that he needed to help his family in the town in this dangoures place (he explained the situvation) and i said to him : not to worry i can quit the army and help him ... than we head to the town ... unfortunatly he died in the way ...(monsters) and i just reached here ... really really sorry cause of the bad grammer ...
People, are you looking at the notes section..? Or don't you really have ANY opinions? Also, sorry for low activity, I'm trying to keep myself from burning out so that way I don't quit. (the down side is, the game is very slow. I hope you don't mind.)
I'll be continuing it when I get enough inspiration to do so. Some days I really don't feel like posting anything, but when I've taken a break I've gathered inspiration to continue it. Stay tuned.
@Tossavainen: I know how you feel. I used to feel the same way, and I kind of still do when I update Super Hero/Villain. Sometimes I just don't even feel like messing with hosting it.
Limiting the amount of players to just three or four will greatly ease the stress (if you get stressed from this) and/or the amount of time it takes to update. I used to have to deal with 9 people at a time, and now that its 4, its muuuuuuuuuuuuuuch easier on me. In my next game, however, I think I'm only gonna let just two people play at a time, cause even four is still a little much for me.
Name: Alucard III Dalv Gender: Male Age: 25 Traits: The Impaler(+Strength), Cold(-Charisma) Description: Tall, pale, long white hair, dark clothes and cloak ----- Health: 100% Sanity: 98% Status: Fine Weapon: Crowbar (Sharp) Inventory[4/13]: P.I.G, Map, Binoculars, Crowbar Kills: 0 Rank: Survivor ----- Skills: Running: 10 Swimming: 10 Strength: 16 Accuracy: 10 Hunting: 10 Charisma: 5 Stealth: 11 Construction: 11 Technology: 10
You are going to use the butterfly knife to sharpen the crowbar, but the ginger haired guy takes it first. After he's done sharpening his stick, you get the knife and sharpen your crowbar. (Construction +1)
You then go outside to look for some animals, and you notice that the sun isn't shining so brightly anymore. You look around the house for animals, but you don't find any. You do notice that there is a ladder to the roof, and some metal poles leaning against the wall. Then you see a bird lands on the roof. You try to climb up to the roof quietly to surprise the bird, but it flies away before you get to it. Oh well, practice makes the pro. (Stealth +1) What do you do now?
-----Veksing-----
Name: Greg Bonaducci Gender: Male Age: 21 Traits: Leadership(+Charisma) & Bad Tracker(-Hunting) Description: Greg is pretty charismatic, but he sucks at hunting animals. He mainly relies on others to find food, and he relies on his charismatic words to convince others to do all of the hunting, and do other productive things for the survivors. Greg is 6'1", somewhat fit, and knows how to party. ----- Health: 100% Sanity: 99% Status: Fine, Thirsty Weapon: Lead Pipe Inventory[5/15]: P.I.G, Map, Binoculars, Lead pipe, Backpack, Mushroom(3), Rope, Kills: 0 Rank: Survivor ----- Skills: Running: 11 Swimming: 11 Strength: 11 Accuracy: 10 Hunting: 6 Charisma: 15 Stealth: 10 Construction: 10 Technology: 10
You're right, I shouldn't give up on this. Thanks for the reminder on my profile, without you I probably would have gotten tired of this already. I'll try to maintain it better now.
You go out for a jog around the house, and you notice that it isn't as bright out here anymore. When you run around the house, you see that the Pale cloaked guy has climbed on the roof. You keep running anyway. You are no longer wet, and you trained your running as well. But you've worked up quite a thirst by now. (Running +1)
You snatch the knife before the cloaked guy gets it. (Charisma -1) You then sharpen the stick successfully. (Construction +1) After that, you take the table and move it in the closet and plug the hole. Then you sneeze, and suddenly your head starts to hurt. You sit on the floor for a little while. What now?
-----Draick-----
Name: Michael Lee Gender: Male Age: 24 Traits: Hunter(+Hunting) & Bad Swimmer(-Swimming) Description: Short, black hair, red eyes. ----- Health: 100% Sanity: 99% Status: Fine Weapon: Fists Inventory[3/10]: P.I.G, Map, Binoculars Kills: 0 Rank: Survivor ----- Skills: Running: 10 Swimming: 5 Strength: 10 Accuracy: 10 Hunting: 16 Charisma: 10 Stealth: 10 Construction: 10 Technology: 10
You start following the tracks along the river. You notice it's not as bright now as it was earlier. After some time of walking, you see this thing:
It's a mechanical creature and it's missing one leg. It's not very big, about to your knee. It's dragging it's self to the other direction from you and hasn't noticed you. Then your P.I.G starts beeping. //"Creature "Claws" added. Check for more information." This alerts the creature and it turns around. It's slow, but it's coming towards you. What do you do?
(Checking the P.I.G for enemies weaknesses can give you advantage over them. It's recommended to check this as soon as you can.)
-----Shadowgun453-----
I'm afraid I can't let any more players in. Besides, you've changed a lot of things in the sheet that you shouldn't have.
-----Mort Kawasaki-----
Name: Mort Kawasaki Gender: Male Age: 27 Traits: Keen eye (+Accuracy, Hunting) & Weak (Strength-) Description: Long and thin, alert grey eyes, and always wears a long green cloak ----- Health: 100% Sanity: 99% Status: Fine Weapon: Fists Inventory[3/10]: P.I.G, Map, Binoculars Kills: 0 Rank: Survivor ----- Skills: Running: 10 Swimming: 10 Strength: 4 Accuracy: 14 Hunting: 12 Charisma: 10 Stealth: 10 Construction: 10 Technology: 10
You look around for a ranged weapon and ask others too, but they're too busy to help you. Unfortunately you find none, but there are some branches and vines, with which you could probably make some sort of a bow or slingshot with.
-----Amorboy-----
I'm very sorry, but I'm afraid I have to drop you from the game to limit stress. Nothing personal.
