Last year you were just an ordinary bum on the street, but then the planetary government went and conscripted you into their exploration service. After a six month training program you are ready. You get given your assignment, find a rare metal, rumored to exist on a distant planet, and bring it back. But, right before you set out, you learn that the governments of other planets as well as space pirates are also after this metal, you must beat them to it.

Weapons: You are brought to a room filled with weapons, choose wisely, because new ones are expensive. Pistol: portable and easy to bring to bear, great accuracy. 6 damage. SMG: Low accuracy but great fire rate. 4 damage Rifle: Great accuracy and damage, but harder to bring to bear and slow fire rate. 12 damage.
Ship: After choosing your weapon you are brought to the hanger, each ship has different advantages.
Fox: Great maneuverability, mid-range damage, but low health. Neptune: Made for exploration, gives a planet exploration bonus, but poor maneuverability and firepower, high health. Veuian Corsair: Has a great hyperdrive, as well as high damage, but low maneuverability, mid-range health.
Government of Homeplanet: Democracy: The people are kind and freindly, buff to exploration, but nerf to damage. Dictatorship: The people are ruled with an iron fist, conscription is common, buff to damage, but nerf to spaceship health. Capitalist: The Planet is ruled by the rich, because of this you have an easier time finding goods, but prices are more likely to be high.
You see vendors selling different goods, a full set of supplies is 25 univerchips, you can also buy a potion to increase any stat by two for 10 univerchips. Across the street is a gun shop. What do you do.
You stop by the outpost and give them the animals and fruit, as well as seedling plants. They pay you 50 univerchips for bringing in both pre-tamed animals and wild food. You look around and see a tavern, a hotel, and market. You saw some ships in the hanger but no pilots, but you could try the tavern, or you could go to the market and buy supplies first. What do you do.
Univerchips are the currency you use for purchases of food and weapons.
p.s. I screwed up and got mech and cardiband mixed up, which is why i gave cardiband the last one i gave him. Because of this, I have to take 25 univerchips i gave to cardiband for the animals mechninja found.
As you walk into the gun shop you see guns of all types, the shop owner walks up to you and says, "Hi there, I have weapons of all kinds, including some energy blades. I can sell you a short energy sword (think Halo) for 50 univerchips, or a SMG for 75." What do you do?

You hook up his corsair to your fox and begin to tow him up out of the atmosphere, you have some trouble but you make it. The enemy fleet consists of 1 flagship, high everything, 1 damaged corsair, low health mid damage, 3 transports, no damage, but can ram you, 12 fighters, high maneuverbility and damage, but very low health. the friendly fleet consists of 1 flagship, 2 damaged, 2 transports, 10 fighters, plus you. What is your battle plan?

"This is Ludwig Von Heichner of the (Insert homeworld government name). I need you to distract the larger ships while I distract the hostile fighters. You might have to use anti-air, but don't count on it. I advise that you focus on dodging shots rather than giving hits. Once your fleet arrives, you may do as you wish. But wait for me to finish speaking with the hostiles." I finally open a comm link to the hostiles. "This is Ludwig Von Heichner of the __________. You are interfering with government business. Pull your ships out, or we will have to engage in an unnecassary firefight! I'd much rather that we all get to go home to our families rather than die for nothing."
