The scientists start to research pest control. and I tell the workers to create fly swatters and pass them around. I tell a quarter workers to start digging wells for an easy supply of fresh water. I tell the workers to pave roads for easier transport/walking as well as to start creating a port as well as trade boats. The port works either by pulleys and levers to move heavy objects on board or electricity but I am not sure whether they made the motor by then.
